1. AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ORGANIZER AND GUEST.
Agreement between the Trip Organizer and Client factor is very important for our valuable guests, trekking, Tour Packages, River Rafting, Adventure Sports Trip, Peak climbing, and mountaineering in the remote part of Nepal Himalayas countries carries an inherent risk due to the weather cause injury and death, this is beyond our control. Always do our best to reduce any kinds of risks and hazards to our capacity, no one knows still there are chances of accidents happening, and for this reason, you must agree with our Terms and Conditions Please kindly read the following booking terms and conditions very carefully.
2. TRIP TO BOOKING & PAYMENTS SYSTEM WITH TOP TOUR NEPAL TREK PVT. LTD.
Your trip booking are made with Top Tour Nepal Trek corporation office in Kathmandu The term Trip used through the website and booking condition refers to all the itineraries explained inside the website with each trip package including those which might otherwise be known as Trekking, Climbing and Mountaineering, Walking tours and Sightseeing and Rafting and Jungle Safari. You are requested to deposit 25% of the total amount of a non-refundable booking for every trip booking confirmation per person. Booking deposits can be made by bank transfer or by Credit Card (Visa/Master Card) all the information has been provided even as a proceeding of the booking form. The remaining balance will be made up on your arrival in Kathmandu, Nepal head office. If the final payment is not received by the day of your departure trip date from Kathmandu, the cancellation condition will apply as per the clause below. Final trip documentation will be released upon full payment.
3. WAY TO PAYMENT OPTION.

4. TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY.
If in case, you need to cancel your trip for any reason, You can cancel your trip. If the reason for the trip cancellation is genuine like sickness or any other condition you can postpone your trip for next time. As per our policy, the deposit money isn�t refundable. But we like to suggest you postpone your trip for the future instead of canceling.
If you doing this trip with us until 1 year from your trip departure date, you don�t have to pay any extra money. For the same trip after every 1 year, the price will be added 10% more on the top.
If you not doing a trip with us 4 years after your booking, your booking is totally canceled, and the deposit money will be not refundable.
5. BOOKING POLICY:
Confirm your trip at least 3 months before, with 25% of payment with a copy of your passport, a Copy of your international flight ticket, and PP size photo. One group leader or agent will be free of service charges above 12 of paying a person in a group.[tax, flight, and monument fees are not free.]
Last-Minute Booking:- We even accept last-minute bookings. You can book a trip to Nepal 3 days ago to the trip departure dates. Last-minute booking may not be acceptable in the case of a Bhutan or Tibet trip.
